Looking at a place like Penn Station, to make it be a gorgeous, spectacular place. Expanding the Second Avenue Subway up to Harlem so people can get good paying jobs without spending half the day commuting down to Wall Street. I talked about the Interborough Express, why people from Queens and Brooklyn have to come into the city to go to their jobs or their homes. I shared with them a vision. (13:10–13:19)
