House Minority Whip Katherine Clark explains decision to skip State of the Union

Published | Video Starts at 01:13

What do you say as Democratic whip to your caucus, as far as what this moment means? Is this a time for contrast, for reconciliation in this moment or collaboration? We recently traveled the country and talked to everyday Americans and they mentioned how the middle class is disappearing, how the working class is really getting squeezed. (01:13–01:40)
