When we were recruiting TSMC to Phoenix, we had the chance to visit the tech parks and understand what's possible. And We pledged to TSMC that we would work to create a similar environment in Phoenix. So we have been doing land use planning to make sure that we have all that TSMC and its partners need to be successful. And we've also had multiple meetings with university partnerships.
