We are lucky in that we did have available land where we could really design an advanced tech campus at scale, which is different than some of my other peer cities. Phoenix is geographically large, and so that's given us an advantage. Yeah, I mean, it's fascinating to see how not only did you get this $165 billion investment, but that's really spawned this ecosystem. And you're now supporting this huge ecosystem. (14:58–15:04)
