We need to keep in place these task forces, like the FBI and the people, the men and women, that are supplying that manpower. If we hand it off to somebody who doesn't know what to do, how to do criminal investigations like the way you do or the way we do, that's going to hurt your office as well, because we're not going to get those prosecutorial cases.
