You know, in April of last year, I had the opportunity to go to Hungary and I noticed as I was studying that country that They managed to bring down their abortion rate. They cut it nearly in half and they never even changed one single law. They didn't touch the laws. What they did is they started supporting families and legislation. If you got married, they gave you a tax break. Contraceptives on educating people about the risks. (13:51–13:59)
