So what that would do is for new registrants to vote to prove your identity, you'd have to have a birth certificate or a passport. Well, passports cost at least $100 to get. So can you say poll tax? Right. If you are one of over 60 million women in America, who changed your name when you were married, the name then on your birth certificate is going to be different than the name on your driver's license or your id. Have fun going through that bureaucracy to try and reconcile that. And it's already difficult enough to try and take time off, especially if you work in two or three jobs or you have two or three children. (30:54–31:11)
