I don't believe our incentive structure is appropriate and I don't think it's helping us bring forward the kind of technologies that we need the most. And you're seeing some of my initial policy solutions already coming forward in terms of, I proposed to phase out the incentive structure for solar and wind. because I think those technologies are proven.
