I served in Pakistan, Lebanon, all over the Middle east and Africa and South Asia. And I saw firsthand the national security implications of our energy policy. And so Arizona really has a chance both to do what's the smart thing for our economy. Let's build out energy capacity that's going to be cheaper for the ratepayers, but it's also the right thing to do. It's going to build energy independence for our state. (24:03–24:09)
