And that gap is growing as more people move here. North Carolina is the number one state that people from other states are moving to. We are one of the fastest growing states in the nation. In Wake county, the gap is anticipated to be 110,000 units. That's why we must build more homes of all types to meet different families needs. (05:41–05:46)
