So we adopted about three years ago something called a student teacher stipend. And that basically provides funding for those student teachers to bridge that gap before they can get hired in a school district. We've invested about $40 million in [the student teacher stipend], and more than 3,000 Pennsylvanians have now gone through that initiative. that has helped us grow the number of teachers in Pennsylvania for the first time in a long time.
