I actually chair one of the groups of the National Governors association, helping show my fellow governors how you can permit more quickly in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and how they can scale that up. We've got important policies in place, like my lightning plan, named in honor of Ben Franklin, of course, so we can increase energy generation, bring down energy costs, create more jobs in the energy sector and grow our economy around an energy focus.
