The good news for Pennsylvanians is despite the challenges from the federal government, we're working together, Democrats and Republicans alike, to cut taxes, put people, put money back in people's pockets. We've cut taxes seven times over the last three years for seniors, for families trying to afford child care. We just passed an earned income tax credit, working families Tax credit, to help 940,000 Pennsylvanians who are working and who need a little bit of extra help. (39:34–39:41)
