Lycoming county is on the rise. This entire region is on the rise because we are focused on smart economic development. We have cut taxes and we've cut red tape. We went from being in the bottom of the pack in the country when it comes to permitting and permitting times to now being a national leader. I actually chair one of the groups of the National Governors association, helping show my fellow governors how you can permit more quickly in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and how they can scale that up.
