We literally went from being about 48th in the nation and just if you're counting, you don't want to be 48, you want to be one. We went from being 48th in the nation on permitting times to literally now being the national model for how to speed up government. I'm very proud of that and appreciate the work the Chamber has done with us on. I think it's also important that we be focused on certain areas of growth and opportunity. (14:13–14:21)
