That's why, together with local housing authorities and the expertise of Kelvin Jeremiah, along with advocates and lenders and tenants and homeowners and more, my administration, under the leadership of Secretary Akbar Hussein, put together our first ever housing action plan in Pennsylvania. This 10 year plan is bold, it is robust, and it will lead to more housing being built across Pennsylvania. It will break down barriers that have long kept Pennsylvania from developing the kind of housing we need, and it will make things move a whole lot quicker. (13:02–13:11)
