Let me say we heard from health care providers all across Pennsylvania that they need more nurses, especially more primary care docs in rural areas and many others as well. Those are just two examples that we heard over and over again. That prompted some of the investments in my budget and it prompted, prompted us to really put on overdrive this effort that's existed for the last 10 years to get this compact done. We listened to our healthcare providers and we're delivering for them. And it's common sense, right? (27:31–27:41)
