Right now, less than 2% of global semiconductor, advanced testing and packaging, the kind of work they do here at Nokia, only 2% of that happens right here in the United states. More than 80% of it is happening in Asia. That needs to change. And more of it needs to be brought back domestically here in the United States, which is why I'm so grateful that Nokia is betting on Pennsylvania and betting on that manufacturing here in the United States.
