I've always viewed it as a very personal thing, in many ways, a very private thing. Not because I wasn't proud of it, but because I didn't think it was Sort of relevant to speak about or share. In the last several years, particularly in the wake of October 7, as there are some who are more afraid to have outward expressions of their faith, I have felt a responsibility to be more open about what I believe and why I believe it.
