I don't think there's any question that you gotta fight fire with fire. You gotta fight back here. I wish that in every state in the nation they had an independent process like what we have in Pennsylvania. And you kind of called balls and strikes. I actually think if we did that, you would see more fairness, more productivity in Congress. I think you probably end up seeing the Democrats in charge. (19:20–19:26)
