I'm honored to serve as the 48th governor of this great commonwealth and to address you now for the fourth year in a row. You know, when I came here the week before my inauguration in 2023, I made a commitment to put agriculture at the center of my administration's work to grow our economy and create more opportunity, especially in our rural communities.
