And by the way, this isn't just a feel good thing. This isn't some act of charity. Main Streets are big business for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Think about this. For every $1 we invest in a main street, we get $8 returned to the Commonwealth. That's a heck of a return on investment. Main Streets matter and they're a smart.
