This is a department that does so much good for neighbors, as you just saw, but also oversees all of the needs of our state government buildings and takes care of people who are in need. And For about a decade they [Harrisburg Fire Department] were stuck with basically the same level of funding, even as costs grew. We talked about the needs that this department had.
