Hundreds of people in this community work for this wonderful company and they are changing the world every day. We need to inspire more innovation like that. That's why the RIC is so important. And that's why Earlier this month in my budget address, I announced that we want to invest $100 million of state investment specifically for innovation. Providing capital for startups, funding clinical trials and life sciences, and developing a workforce and education pipeline to make sure their discoveries can succeed and eventually be commercialized.
