As I said at the top, Pennsylvania is on the rise and folks are taking notice because of the important work we've done to make our commonwealth competitive again by leaning in on our strengths, especially on the life sciences together. Democrats and Republicans and I have worked together to cut taxes seven times in my three years as governor to spur more growth.
