Now, another thing that we talked about this last time you were here, the update on the former UW Washington county campus, I think since we spoke, there is a buyer and that is the Ozaukee County Christian School. Yeah, that's right. So Ozaukee Christian is purchasing the building and about 20 acres surrounding it. It's an 80 acre campus and a 200,000 square foot facility. So it's a lot. But we are now kind of working through all of the legalese and the paperwork, if you will. (05:26–05:34)
