If you're within 1 percentage point, which he is, then he can pay for his own recount. You know, and we've had a history of close elections. In Wisconsin, we had a recount following the 2016 presidential election. What those recounts have shown is that the vote margins don't change very much when they happen. We certainly haven't seen anything along the lines of 20,000 or so votes. But if the President chooses to go forward with a recount, that's something he's entitled to do under Wisconsin law.
