I just think that we ought to say until the mail starts getting delivered in our states, the Postmaster General does not need to be getting a bonus, certainly not millions of dollars in bonuses. All this bill would do is say You've got to deliver the mail at least 95% of the time before you can start getting a bonus. and exercise some basic financial due diligence over the Postal Service. That's all it is. I thank you again, Senator Blumenthal and other folks who are co sponsoring and ask for a yes vote. (01:31–01:39)
