Thank you very much, Mr. Chairman. Thank you for calling this hearing on this so called investigation, which is an absolute mockery of the term. All The investigation was an attempt to browbeat ordinary citizens out of their constitutional rights, including the First Amendment. It was an attempt to spy on members of Congress, including myself, who had our phones tapped. It's an absolute outrage that I hope will never happen again in American history. (00:09–00:19)
