I think particularly states that have taken action to protect children, to give rights to parents along the lines we were talking about earlier, to make sure that Local folks don't have their access to the electricity grid denied or degraded in any way. I think those are hugely important, particularly as Congress fails to act. And I think we need to encourage that.
