We still don't honestly have answers from what happened in Butler two years ago. I mean, we've never gotten a full accounting of the breakdowns there. I continue to believe Almost everything we learned about Butler and the failures there were because of whistleblowers who came forward. We need a full accounting from top to bottom of all three of these incidents. And we've got to change things going forward. (08:42–08:48)
