And, and then you have a Supreme Court decision after that where Arizona was trying to require photo identification, certain voter requirements. And The Supreme Court used that Motor Voter act of 93 to say... Arizona cannot put these requirements for photo identification on as a requirement for voting. on as a requirement for voting. And so this is a fix for something that Congress created, the Supreme Court, you know, I think wrongly decided because the Constitution leaves us up to the state legislature for time, place and manner.
