There's a general shift that we need to get away from over criminalization of substance abuse. It's very similar to the approach we had when we studied mental health very broadly two years ago, where We criminalize people who have mental illness and maybe intersect, you know, have them interact with the criminal justice system where should be interacting with the healthcare system. And so trying to change that course in the state of Texas is one of our challenges. So that's what we'll be focusing on, is understanding there is a criminal justice aspect to this. (00:57–01:06)
