But they also have important similarities that we can understand and address as a state, although today isn't the day for that discussion. That's what this report can and must lead to. I made a promise to the people of El Paso that I haven't forgotten and that I will never forget. to do everything in my power to make sure the legislature understands what happened and why, and to fight for the solutions that we deserve.
