We have to look towards, look towards the future to figure out how we can best prepare and maybe even prevent tragedies like this from happening in the future. I think House Bill 13 would have gone a long way in [preventing future tragedies]. doing that for, for future events. Chairman Darby is certainly correct in saying that we should take that up during this special session. We have the opportunity to do that and we definitely should. (07:21–07:24)
