We've talked about the acquisitions process, but I want to remind everybody that we all need to participate in exercising a little more thoughtfulness when it comes to our taxpayer dollars. The Navy procured a number of littoral combat ships years ago... The Navy didn't want them, the Navy didn't need them. and yet the primes, the Congress, everybody said you're going to have them.
