I know TSMC and Intel, the plants, they do use a lot of water, but they know they're in a desert, and they've actually already designed a lot of water, reuse, a lot of water purification. So Once they have all the water they need, they won't need much additional. They can continually reuse it. They're actually very wise about being located in such a desert environment. The balance between cost effectiveness and keeping prices low for the end user and know the big expense and expansion of the grid, how do you balance the two? (08:07–08:14)
