And yes, Congress has abdicated its authority. Even the idea that they're having a vote on whether or not to continue the authorization for force in Venezuela. Like, why have we over these past decades just allowed executives to take these militaristic actions with no repercussions? Weak members of Congress that have allowed that to happen over the years.
