Like on programs, for example, snap, which is a program to help poor people buy food, that we pay for the very things that make them obese and unhealthy. There's no reason that the federal government should do that anymore. We shouldn't pay for sugary drinks that then help people become obese and then we end up paying on the other end with Medicare and Medicaid costs. So those are the things just you don't have to cut.
