And I hope we'll do that because there are a lot of things that are wasteful, but it, but it's even bigger than that. It's setting up the right incentives because a lot of times The federal government writes a check to the states and local governments, and the states and local governments administer it, but they have no incentive to save. They just, if somebody is spending SNAP money inappropriately, they don't have any responsibility to go enforce it. That's the federal government's responsibility. But there's no connection.
