I think that both legally and common sense dictate that the ACLU is wrong about this. Common sense and common decency suggests that we needed to make sure that girls have safe places. And Passing this law in Ohio like they have in now 12 states, makes all the sense in the world. It's on firm legal ground and it also is firmly supported by the people of the state of Ohio.
