What is that going to mean then for South Dakotans in practical terms? What can they expect from you? Well, we always have to remain vigilant. You know, this last legislative session We passed a law House Bill 1052, which banned the use of eminent domain for carbon sequestration pipelines. It was a huge, very hard fought victory for South Dakota farmers and ranchers and landowners. And so we're just going to keep fighting to make sure that property rights are protected in our state.
