Houston Fire, health, public works, parks, all hands on deck to assist Houstonians as we open our cooling centers. This morning we'll be opening 112 sites. We will be implementing the steer program, the state of Texas emergency assistance register, which the Emergency center operates. 3800 individuals have registered. I'd encourage others. We actually check on these individuals. We will be opening our community centers, our libraries, our multi service centers to serve those that need a location dealing with 115 degree. (00:47–00:56)
