Infrastructure is bumping up a public concern in our city. In fact, when Houstonians asked me to leave Austin to come run for mayor and fix Houston public safety, then streets and drainage. We had 1900 broken water mains, water lines when I was sworn in. It's down to 100 now. So I understand, I understand the infrastructure. I grew up in Houston. I can remember when you could travel down the streets. So infrastructure is right up there near the top. (03:42–03:51)
