Part of what we still face is some judges, not all of our judges. Some judges do a great job, do a great service. Some are still giving too low of bonds for repeat violent offenders. The public have passed a constitutional amendment last fall that now a judge is not required to set a bond if after a hearing is determined that that person is a harm or danger to the public. So a lot of good things are happening, but we still have a lot of work to do dealing with public safety. (12:20–12:34)
