The Democrats provided a template in the last couple of years for how to expand the scope of what's available to get done through the reconciliation process. It's Reconciliation...is the only process in the Senate that enables you to enact legislation with a 51 vote threshold as opposed to 60. Right. And so immigration. But it's out of the gate saying we're not going to work with Democrats. Well, I'm not saying what they came out of the gate. (11:46–12:11)
