Mr. President, the working families tax cuts provide much needed relief after a years long inflation crisis that is still straining families budgets. And Passing this bill and delivering an average $3,700 tax cut to hardworking Americans was a priority for Republicans. But that's not the only thing this bill did. Far from it.
