And so there aren't well established rules of engagement, you know, what's proportional if they attack us, if they launch a cyber attack against the United States. And you saw that Earlier this year with the colonial pipeline. I mean, that was clearly evidence that the Russians and their, and their, some of the thugs around them are already targeting America's critical infrastructure.
