The president needs to have his team in place so that he can do the job he was elected to do, and we're going to continue to deliver. It's disappointing that Democrats have chosen to slow down this process by gumming up the works on even non controversial nominations. But despite Democrats, we're still managing to confirm civilian nominees at a faster pace so far than in either of the previous two administrations. (00:18–00:25)
