In the last two years alone, the legislature has added to the cost of living of Vermonters over $100 million each of those two years. And that's unsustainable this year. As many of you know, Our property taxes have taken a dramatic rise in cost, and that is because of a lack of planning. They need to have more strategic planning for the future that is long range.
